At Sea Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To start a return or exchange, please email online@sherrymfg.com with your order number and a brief description of the request, and our team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at online@sherrymfg.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
